• Account information: name, email address, password (hashed), billing details (processed by our payment provider, not stored directly by us).

• Instagram handles you submit for analysis: the public usernames you enter to generate comparisons and reports.

• Communications: messages you send us via support or contact channels.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, analyses run, timestamps, device/browser type, IP address.

• Cookies and similar technologies: for authentication, preference storage, and basic analytics. See Section 8.

2.3 Instagram account data we retrieve

When you request an analysis, we retrieve publicly available data about the specified Instagram account(s), such as follower counts, post captions, hashtags, engagement metrics, and posting timestamps, via Meta's official Graph API. We do not collect private account data, direct messages, or any content not publicly visible on Instagram.

We do not require or store your Instagram login credentials to analyze other accounts.

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including generating comparisons, charts, AI summaries, and reports;

• Process payments and manage subscriptions;

• Communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests;

• Monitor and improve the Service, including troubleshooting and analytics;

• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service;

• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Summaries and insights generated by the Service may involve processing data through AI/machine learning models, including third-party AI providers. Data sent for this purpose is limited to what's necessary to generate the requested analysis and is handled in accordance with this Policy and any applicable processor agreements with our AI vendors.

We may share information with:

• Service providers: hosting, payment processing, analytics, and AI providers who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations;

We do not share the Instagram data you analyze with other users of the Service, except as included in reports you choose to export or share yourself.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Saved reports and analyses are retained according to your plan's limits or until you delete them. We retain data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
